ShippingThe cost for a Filtr-Grip Gripper includes free ground shipping within the lower 48 United States. Contact us for shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii.
Order Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations only when the cancellation notification is received and processed by Filtr-Grip, LLC prior to purchase of the shipping label for your order. This shipping label is normally purchased by us within 1 to 24 hours after you place your order. To cancel an order, please immediately email us at filtrgrip@gmail.com and/or call us at 877-572-2626 and supply us with the name and shipping address for the order to be cancelled.
Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the tool and request a return.
- The tool must be returned promptly, must be securely packed so that it will not be damaged in shipment, and must arrive in new condition.
- You must pay the return shipping cost.
- After receipt and inspection of the returned tool a credit will be issued to you if you have met the criteria for a refund as stated herein.
